So bored
I'm so bored!!!! I've been off work too much!!! We go back tomorrow so I just need to find a way to waste today away without spending too much money. My new year's was okay. I just went to this AA Speaker Meeting. The speakers were very good. It was a husband and wife team. The husband was a member of Alcoholics Anonymous and his wife was a member of Alanon. Good stuff.
I played poker a few times over the past few days. I played in a home game last night and won 5 bucks and then promptly lost about $35 later that night at the casino on video keno.
The most interesting thing I might do today is get my hair done. It needs to be cut and colored again really bad. I just have a hard time paying 100 bucks for that when I haven't worked in a week.
Ray Lewis announced he's retiring today so that's sad.

i have a hard time spending $12 on a haircut til i get my bankroll back, (wont feel totally comfortable til i hit $4000 and that wont be for a long time). Which casino did u lose the money in? all my winnings at samstown this week i went to the eastside cannery and lost $144 at the video poker. (good news is that wasnt nearly all the winnings however). I've seen some great promos at sams town, u might like it since the NL game u can buyin for $40. its usually not going though, just the $2-6 spread.
Funny how no comments ever posted here and yet my blog has close to 50 a day. id think u would have far more readers.

Carmen, CONGRATULATIONS ON OVER A YEAR SOBER!! Stumbled here via a chain of poker blogs starting with poker grump, who I irregularly read and sometimes see or play against.
